Apr 6, 2014. #1. Hi I have just built a New PC. I have a Gigabyte R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 DVI HDMI. The HDMI connection is displaying an oversized screen image. The task bar is below the lower edge of the screen as is the rest of the outer edges of the window. Icant find a driver on the samsung site my tv (Samsung LE46C750R2KXXU) is no longer listed. If you don't see an image, you may need to change the display using the following steps. Press the Windows key. Type Adjust screen resolution and press Enter. Find Display and click the down arrow on the right side of the box. Select the appropriate output device. Click Apply, then click OK. 2. VGA is analog, HDMI is digital. When you were connecting your computer to your TV via a VGA cable different hardware in your TV was processing the signal.
